Our coffees are slowly roasted to develop
a sweet caramel nature in the cup. Because of the high
extraction potential of espresso machines, our roasting
process is tuned to develop coffee flavors to the fullest--then
quickly stopped before the oils can "sweat" on the surface
of the bean. Oils forced out by over-roasting are not
only lost to your espresso--they will contribute a rancid,
burnt flavor to the cup Our intense emphasis on research
and experimentation has led to the creation of two different
espresso blends. To assure freshness, we do not sell
and roasted for the perfect caffe latte. Espresso Vita has been designed
to feature a strong note of caramel when combined with milk products.
Incredible body makes this blend ideal for drip coffee and plunger
pot methods as well.

features a heavy red-gold crema with a sweet floral presence, balanced
with a rich note of chocolate, and a complex, sweet aftertaste that

blend for roasting at home or in your shop.
