To order, simply telephone 206.860.5869 to place your order for coffee delivery. Place
your order before midnight anytime and we will roast your coffee and ship it out
the next business day. We do not roast and ship on weekends or federal holidays.

- Our Coffee Blends
Our coffees are slowly roasted to develop a sweet caramel nature in
the cup. Because of the high extraction potential of espresso machines, our
roasting process is tuned to develop coffee flavors to the fullest--then quickly
stopped before the oils can "sweat" on the surface of the bean. Oils forced out
by over-roasting are not only lost to your espresso--they will contribute a
rancid, burnt flavor to the cup Our intense emphasis on research and
experimentation has led to the creation of two different espresso blends. To
assure freshness, we do not sell varietal coffees.
- Roast Your Own
Espresso Vivace has developed a home roasters blend. This blend has
been carefully constructed by David to have the same profile as Espresso Dolce
when roasted to a deep mahogany brown.
- Books And Videos
David Schomer's Professional Espresso Training Series is
based on sixteen years of hands on research into each factor that affects the
creation of caffe espresso. The Professional Espresso Training Series provides
the espresso bar owner all the information needed to produce a beautiful, and
sweet caffe espresso.

We are pleased to introduce to you our Ergo-Packer. It has been
designed for the professional preparing caffe espresso on a daily basis.

- Espresso Vivace Postcard Series
Espresso Vivace is proud to present photographs of the best latte art we have produced in a limited series
of post cards. Images will be added as they are produced and deemed worthy of the series. Each card bears the
name of the barista that poured it and the date it was poured.
