Espresso Intensive Training Course
ESPRESSO INTENSIVE
with David Schomer
Due to popular demand, I have created a three-day intensive espresso
course for the espresso professional. This class will be offered three
times a year and is limited to eight students per class. In class we
will cover every aspect of espresso preparation, following the factors
approach utilized in my book "ESPRESSO COFFEE:Professional Techniques".
We will work from 9am until 4pm (with a one-hour lunch break) in a
dedicated instruction room outfitted with a three group Mistral, DRM
grinders, and live video feed to enhance the learning of this tricky
cuisine. The location is the Roasteria in Seattle.
Tuition will be $1,000.00 for the three day class. Registration will be
with me by calling me at Vivace, 206.860.5869, and your seat is secured
with a $400.00 deposit. Full tuition is required to be paid no later
than two weeks before class is to be held.
